Zelensky warns airlines to avoid Russian

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky issued a stark warning to international airlines on Tuesday. He said Russian airspace is becoming "completely unsafe" for civilian aviation due to Ukraine's expanding drone operations.

Zelensky made the statement in his nightly address. He directly addressed airlines, insurers, and entities still using Russia's key airports. "Ukraine does not threaten civilian aviation as such, not a single civilian aircraft," Zelensky said. "There will simply be drones in Russia’s skies on a scale that has to be taken into account."
