Family Reviews One World International School After Seven Years
A family shares their long-term experience with an international school, while a flexible baby class program in Hong Kong aims to support early development.

One family offers an in-depth review of their children's international school after seven years of attendance. Separately, a program in Hong Kong provides flexible, expert-led classes to help babies reach their early motor milestones.
A Long-Term School Review
Mark and Nittaya Fitzsimons chose One World International School's Nanyang campus for their eldest daughter many years ago. Today, their four children, aged 12, 10, nine, and five, all attend the same school.
The couple sought an environment where their children could feel happy, supported, and confident while receiving a strong education. They valued a school that would allow their children to grow as individuals, not only focus on academic results. After seven years, from preschool to secondary school, they say the school has lived up to their expectations.
They note that teachers take time to understand each child, encourage their strengths, and help with challenges. The international learning environment, with classmates from different backgrounds, has helped their children become more open-minded. This preparation for the world beyond school is especially important to them. The Fitzsimons advise other parents to look beyond curriculum and facilities. They suggest visiting a school, speaking to staff, and observing how children seem to feel in the environment.
Flexible Baby Classes in Hong Kong
Little offers classes for babies aged zero to two in Hong Kong, focusing on helping them reach early motor milestones. The program emphasizes complete flexibility to accommodate unpredictable life with a young child.
Founder Jen, an educator with over a decade of experience and a Master’s in Education, created the program. Classes are rooted in pedagogical theory and include age-appropriate movements, stretches, massage, story yoga, and guided play. They aim to build a baby's muscles and skills to meet milestones naturally, without forcing movements. The sessions also support parental wellbeing.
The flexibility is a key feature. The program offers rescheduling, flexible start dates, multiple locations, subscription pauses, and class changes without penalties for last-minute cancellations. Up to two adults can attend with the baby, and more can join if visitors are in town. Classes are split into four color-coded sections to match a baby's developmental stage. Parents can choose a drop-in class or subscribe for better value, including one free class per month. A discount code, SASSY75, offers $75 off a first group class when booking, valid until Tuesday, 5 October 2027.
